Recomendação

Quando comparada com as técnicas de radioterapia con-

vencional ou conformada da mama, a IMRT apresenta

benefícios dosimétricos, de toxicidade e de qualidade de

vida, não prejudicando o controle local e a sobrevida glo-

bal das pacientes.
